Deanna has had over 20 years of experience in discipling and counseling women. Her ministry to women has included pastor’s wife, Sunday school teacher, mentor, Bible study leader, and speaker. She has been married 22 years to her husband, Jeff and is mother to two teenage children; Erika and Jonathon.

Meredith has two years of professional experience at the Greenville County Commission on Drug and Alcohol Abuse and 3 years of counseling with WLF.
Arlene Grimes Education: Business; Certifications/Training: Basic Institute in Youth Conflicts, Personal Enrichment, Managing Emotions Under Pressure, Total Woman. Arlene has had experience in ministering to women for 30 years through Stonecroft where she is currently Regional Administrator. Arlene also has over five years of experience as a trained small group leader for the Personal Enrichment Class which addresses “Sources of Human Adjustment and Human Problems”. She provided material on Personal Attitude Inventory, Childhood Experiences Influence on Adulthood, The Word of God influencing our Feelings and Attitudes, Defense Mechanisms, Anger & Hostility, Understanding Causes, Dynamics, and Roots of Problems, Depression, Pride, Humility and a Healthy Self Image, The Development of Psycho-sexual Attitudes, Coping with Problems of Sex. Arlene has been married for 54 years and has two grown children and five grandchildren.

Rachel has 25 years of experience in school counseling and has been counseling with WLF for 3 years. She has been married to her husband, Cooper for 35 years and has two grown children, Derek and Joseph. She is grandmother to Keaton, Lily and David.
