Deanna Bartlett – Executive Director
Deanna Bartlett is a women’s ministry leader, teacher, founder, and executive director of Women’s LIFE Fellowship. She is known for having a passion to reach out to women and get them excited about their relationship with the Lord.
Her journey with Jesus Christ began at the age of 3 1/2 when she came in childlike faith and asked Him to save her. Deanna was raised in a Christian home in Penndel, PA, but later moved to South Carolina to attend a Christian college. Once she married a “southern boy”, she planted her roots in the south to follow her husband’s call to ministry.
Alongside her husband, Deanna has served 20 plus years in the ministry in various roles. While serving, she found her life’s passion to be ministry work; specifically reaching out to women. Deanna loves nothing more than to see a woman come into a relationship with Christ, be discipled, and then in turn want to reach out to another woman. She desires to be known as someone that reached out to others with the love of Jesus and was willing to be real in her struggles in order to help someone else in theirs.
Deanna stays busy running Women’s LIFE Fellowship. Along with the role of executive director, she also spends her time counseling, discipling, mentoring, leading, speaking, and being a wife to Jeff and a mother to two teenage children; Erika and Jonathon. When she is not working she loves to take day trips to cozy restaurants with her husband and children or spending time with friends for Sunday dinners. Of the many things Deanna enjoys, the one thing she could not do without is Oreos, with a close second being enjoying North Carolina Tarheels basketball with her family!

Meredith Rice – LIFE Guide Director
Meredith Rice’s path that led her to WLF was a series of God ordained interventions. Growing up in Walnut Cove, NC, she attended a Christian school and was very involved in many ministries at her church including bus ministry, camp ministry, and music ministry. She pursued a degree in music from Bob Jones University after graduating high school. Over the course of her studies there, she found a small, country church in Williamston in which to minister. There, she met Deanna Bartlett. Deanna’s enthusiastic personality and passion for women’s ministry was contagious and Meredith gladly involved herself in ministry work with Deanna at the church.
Shortly after graduating from Bob Jones with a bachelors degree in music, Meredith went on to pursue a masters degree in professional counseling from Liberty University. She married her husband Nathan and settled in Anderson.
Currently, she serves as LIFE Guide director at the ministry. Meredith uses her degree in counseling to serve as a coordinator for the volunteer LIFE Guides and provide spiritual guidance for the ministry as well. She is passionate about helping others embrace a life “without the mask”. She desires for women to embrace the freedom of being flawed and find hope and change in a Savior who meets them right where they are.
She is known for her chronic inability to be on time and her “variety bag” of talents that she puts into use through various aspects of the ministry.
When Meredith is not working for the ministry, she enjoys spending time with her family; husband Nathan, and daughters Abigail and Caroline. She enjoys all the relationships in her life which include family and friends in other states. She also enjoys reading, doing all things creative, and concocting big plans that inevitably require much more resources than she has available to her.
